WARRANTY FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN

THE OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE OF FC DYNAMO MOSCOW GUARANTEES THE QUALITY OF ALL MERCHANDISE PRESENTED IN THE CATALOG.

You have the right to demand an exchange or return of a good quality Product without stating any reason if it does not suit you in shape, style, colour, size, providing that:

1. the Product is in original condition (the Products are kept intact, unused, unwashed or unaltered, no stains or cosmetics on the products));

2. factory labels are preserved;

3. the claim is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase (excluding the day of the purchase).

In this case, the return/exchange is made at the customer’s expense:

— in Moscow, the customer pays for each arrival of the delivery service (300 RUB);

— in Moscow region, the customer pays for each arrival of the delivery service (400 RUB);

— in Russia, the customer pays for the shipment of the Products back to the store and the shipment of new Products to the customer.

If the Product is initially of inadequate quality, i.e. while using it the customer discovered a defect, the exchange is performed at the expense of the official online store of FC Dynamo Moscow. The online store assumes all obligations and pays for the delivery to the customer in Moscow and the shipment of the Products to the customer in the Russian regions, if:

— the claim is has been made before the expiration of the warranty period (14 calendar days), excluding the day of purchase;

— the detected defect is not the result of improper, careless use (wearing) of the Products.

Any exchange takes place within two weeks from the date of receipt of the Products by the customer.

1. In Moscow, returns and exchanges take place at Moscow, Petrovsko-Razumovsky proezd, bld. 7.

2. In Russian regions, the customer sends back the unsuitable product, and the official online store of FC Dynamo Moscow sends a new Product or returns the amount of money no later than 10 working days from the date of the Product return.

Categories that cannot be returned, but only exchanged in case of inadequate quality:

— non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and musical editions, sheet editions, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media);

— hosiery;

— bed linen (accepted only in unopened packaging).
